Dreams Types

There are about three types of dreams which usually occur to people: daydreams, nightmares, and lucid dreams. Dreams are a series of images, sounds and feelings occurring in the mind during sleep. The typically range is from 5 to 45 minutes for a dream. Scientists have been studying dreams for decades, and the scientific name of studying dreams is oneirology.

“A daydream is a visionary fantasy experienced while awake, especially one of happy, pleasant thoughts, hopes or ambitions” (Wikipedia). A person has a tendency to daydream an average of 70 to 120 minutes a day. Daydreaming most of the time leads the dreamer away from being aware of his/her immediate surroundings, and concentrating on thought directions. They have been derided (mocked) as being a lazy and non-productive, but in some fields they are creative and successful, such as composers, novelists, filmmakers, research scientists, mathematicians, and physicists.

A nightmare is a disturbing dream response from the sleeper which causes a strong unpleasant emotional feeling; for example, anxiousness and being frightened. Nightmares may be a reaction to real life trauma and situations, such as a person who may have been feeling guilty. This experience may come back to haunt them in their nightmares. Most nightmares appear once, but if it's a recurrenting nightmare, you should seek medical help.

A lucid dream, also known as a conscious dream, occurs when you realize you are dreaming in the middle of your dream. Most dreamers wake themselves up once they realize that they are only dreaming. Others often manipulate the imaginary experiences in the dream environment. They become an active participant in their dream, make decisions in their dreams and influence the dream's outcome without awakening.

There are other types that aren't written about as recurring dreams, healing dreams, prophetic dreams, epic dreams and other dreams. Some people see dreams as annoying fantasy while others look at it as a peaceful thing of course if it's not a nightmare. You should use your dreaming ability to be more creative and successful in the real life.

III- It has the Masjid Al-Haram ("The Sacred Mosque). The area of it is 400,800 square metres and it can accommodate up to 4 million worshippers. It considered as one of the largest places in the world.

The History of Mecca:

It started at the time of Abraham when he built the Kaaba with his son Ishmael around 2000 BC. People start living in Mecca after the miracle of Zamzam Well. In 570, the Prophet Muhammad was burn.
